The Role and Impact Join us as a Module Equipment Technician, a critical role within Intel's manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities - Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues with manufacturing equipment. - Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble production equipment following technical drawings, blueprints, and operating manuals. - Conduct equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. - Collaborate with suppliers to facilitate timely equipment servicing and repairs. - Monitor and analyze tool performance data to identify trends, improve equipment availability, and resolve module-related challenges. - Create detailed reports on equipment failures, update specifications, and develop new guidelines to enhance equipment reliability. - Partner with Module Engineering to execute experiments, implement configuration changes, and support data collection efforts. - Assist in controlled experiments and troubleshooting to meet or exceed module performance and availability targets. - Support factory ramp activities, working closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure tools are installed and configured per design specifications.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related technical field. - 4-6 years of relevant experience with a High School diploma, or no experience required with an AA or AS degree. - Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining mechanical, electronic, or mechatronic systems. - Experience in equipment setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance. - Familiarity with technical documentation, blueprints, and standard operating procedures. Preferred Qualifications - Hands-on experience resolving equipment issues in a manufacturing environment. - Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive actionable insights. - Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams. - Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. - Adaptability and enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies and new processes.
