We are seeking a talented and experienced Solution Architect to join our Solution Hub, specializing in all things Data and Marketing Technologies. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering solutions that leverage technologies to meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise in architectural principles and emerging technologies will be essential in shaping the technical direction of our clients.

Responsibilities

BUSINESS GROWTH: Accelerate business growth by focusing on solving clients' known and unknown challenges, finding ways to service in a new way and pioneering innovative solutions that surpass industry standards. Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. 

Assist with Business Development activities, including technical presentations, demonstrations and proposal development to direct prospects and clients and other WPP companies.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE & VALUE AT PARTNERSHIP: Build a customer-centric culture and practices focusing on "Customer Delight" by delivering an exceptional customer experience. Build strategic value and partnership, and effective growing relationship. Deliver in partnership with Account Leads, successful Quarterly Business Reviews via proactive delivery of Thought and Technical Leadership practices to clients. Develop case studies to showcase account success.

OPERATIONAL & DELIVERY EXCELLENCE: Optimize operational efficiency as a catalyst for business success, streamlining technical processes, maximizing resource technical efficiency & utilization, minimizing project delays, number of Technical showstoppers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to drive sustainable growth and profitability. Commit to delivery excellence and driving innovation to achieve unparalleled results and scalable growth.

Help identify and implement ways to improve operational efficiency and Tech project delivery.

Able to own and drive to resolve technical escalations that occur with a book of business.

Oversees production of identified projects, ensuring quality standards and clients' expectations are met.

Qualifications

  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, Chinese and English.
  • Have worked in small/large teams and clients locally and regionally (e.g. India, China, Vietnam) to deliver projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non- technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • More than 8 years of experience in the field of Marketing Technologies as a Solution Architect, Presales, Technical Sales or Technical Project Management with proven examples to illustrate experience in the roles mentioned
  • Exposure to Data-related projects like RFM, BI, ML, AI, Gen AI is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, and best practices in software development. Can provide solutions for high performance and scalability architecture.
  • Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Results oriented, outstanding attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Attention to Detail is a MUST.
  • Skilled or Certified in Adobe, Salesforce, CDP, DW Suite of solutions is preferred.
