Reimagine What’s Possible 

Currently, we’re looking for a Human Resources Partner (HRP) based in Cornellá (Barcelona).

You’ll support front‑line and mid‑level managers as a trusted advisor in our sites in Spain and Portugal.

In this role, you will provide hands‑on support across employee relations, HR policy and legal compliance, labor relations, workforce planning, and talent processes.

You’ll help leaders make better people decisions, drive an inclusive culture, and ensure consistent and compliant HR practices.

As a Human Resources Partner you will:

• Coach and advise managers on people matters, leadership behaviors, and HR policies.

• Lead and support employee relations cases, including investigations, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies, global standards, and local labor laws.

• Manage labor relations activities with unions/works councils.

• Use workforce data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

• Support compensation processes (offers, promotions, salary reviews, retention).

• Assist in talent, performance, and development processes.

• Support engagement, culture, and DE&I initiatives.

• Execute workforce plans including hiring, mobility, restructuring, and terminations.

• Support HR elements of M&A activities and organizational changes.

• Contribute to manager training initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with OneHR colleagues to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Role requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll at least need!

• Fluent in Spanish and English.

• Strong business acumen and strategic mindset.

• Solid expertise in employee relations, labor law, and HR operations.

• Studies in Labor Law are desirable.

• Ability to influence, coach, and build trusted partnerships.

• Comfort navigating complex, fast‑changing environments.

• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and sound judgment.

• Availability to travel to different production plants across Spain and Portugal.
