What are we looking to add to our team?    

We are looking for an exceptional Principal Product Manager to join our core engineering team in Bangalore. You will help us build new products and features to disrupt the recruiting and talent acquisition space. You will have an opportunity to be part of a passionate and diverse group – to learn, grow, and make a significant and meaningful impact to a growing product.   

What you will be doing:     

• Lead multiple v1 efforts end to end, starting from product discovery to defining MVP release and continuing to improve the product 
• Successfully work across multiple teams, including Design, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver an exceptional product
• Advocate for great customer experience in everything 
• Understand the HR Tech industry, competitors, and be an expert on your product areas 
• Use data to learn, refine, and improve  
• Educate and inform others about your product areas 

You will make a great match, if you have:    

• 7+ years of professional Product Management experience – including shipping multiple versions of SaaS products  
• Well-developed user empathy and the ability to synthesize customer challenges, technical capabilities, and company strategy into a compelling product offering 
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills 
• Startup experience  
• A desire to work in a fast-paced environment, a growth mindset, and adaptability for changing requirements    
• An entrepreneurial spirit 
• Innate curiosity with strong bias for action and willingness to go above and beyond 
• An ability to make an impact through influence and collaboration  
• Well-developed ability to give product demos to educate customers and internal teams about your product areas
