Job Description

Responsibilities

Support all cluster related Customer Service tasks e.g. Order in-take & management, Customs & Import Permits including communication with Amgen customers.
Require and assume ownership of Finished Goods inventory in market ensuring adequate shelf-life and minimal inventory scrap due to demand variations.
Assist in local Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
Assist and report on Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators
Communicating with Distributors for all in coming shipments
Responsible to keep track of in market purchase orders & timely invoicing.
Manage stock transfers between branches and transfer from Private to Tender.
Support Track & Trace by supporting Customer service to obtain confirmation on all shipment received at Distributor warehouse.
Applies analytical skills to evaluate and interpret situations/problems using multiple sources of information: qualitative information, quantitative research and trend data
Accountable for creation and maintenance of Master Data elements in SAP.

Outputs

Maintain the correct supply, to ensure patients supply aligning with business methodology.
     Records of all transactions (banking, vendors, etc . . .), including closing and related       reports
Credit reports
Tax related forms and reports
Payments to suppliers.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain Management or proven ability to function on this level
Fluent in English and Arabic
The candidate will have a strong understanding and hands-on experience in Accounting and Supply Chain processes
Good computer skills in the Microsoft Office environment
Demonstrated knowledge of accountancy, relevant laws and basic taxes
Demonstrated capability to learn quickly systems and processes, being open and flexible to changes, in a multinational environment.

Preferred Requirements:

Education in Accounting/Finance; Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations or Information Technologies, or  knowledge by experience in these areas with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain and Accounting
Experience in the start-up and/or product launches in a pharmaceutical or bio/pharmaceutical company.
GMP knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical or bio/pharmaceutical regulations and business principles ERP expertise in Planning and Master Data management - experience preferred is SAP.
Understanding of cluster market requirements and variables.
