DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Senior Manager of Client Services Projects in our Clinical Trials Division. In this key leadership role, you'll create exceptional customer experiences while managing complex clinical trial projects across our network. You'll lead and develop project management teams responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of clinical supplies to patients. Working at the intersection of healthcare innovation and operational excellence, you'll collaborate with pharmaceutical and biotech customers to optimize clinical trial supply chains and help bring life-changing therapies to market.

Your contributions will include strategic leadership of project teams, implementation of innovative solutions, and development of strong client partnerships. You'll guide continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance in a GMP environment. REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in clinical trial project management or related pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Life Sciences, Supply Chain, or related field
• Project Management certification preferred
• 5+ years of people management experience, including team leadership
• Strong knowledge of GMP environment and clinical trial regulations
• Demonstrated success in leading complex clinical supply chain projects
• Excellence in client relationship management and strategic partnership building
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Strong communication and presentation abilities across all organizational levels
• Proven experience in process improvement and change management initiatives
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
• Proficiency in project management tools and systems (Microsoft Project, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience with clinical supply chain operations and distribution management
• Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations
• Strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and ethical business practices
• Ability to travel up to 25% including international travel
• Fluency in English required; additional language skills advantageous

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $106,400.00–$159,575.00.
