Drive commercial growth and accelerate strategic initiatives at Johnson Controls (Asia Pacific region).
Ensure disciplined execution of growth plans, and rigorous follow-up on strategic deals.
Work closely with sales leadership, key account managers and functional stakeholders to support profitable growth.
Drive inside sales growth initiatives by driving regional standardization, best practices sharing, sales incentive planning and overall orders growth.
How you will do it:
Lead and manage Key Accounts and regional sales cadences to ensure alignment, strategic focus and follow up on actions.
Analyse data across verticals and portfolios; identify and track risks, opportunities and trends for actionable insights.
Manage action plans for key deals, ensuring follow-ups across functions.
Maintain a central tracker of all sales growth initiatives across the region, providing periodic reporting on status, outcomes and timely escalation of issues or opportunities.
Map all CXO level customer engagements and ensure structured and effective follow-ups to drive business outcomes.
Take ownership of sales incentive planning, quota setting and payout for all Key Accounts managers.
Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
What we look for:
3+ years of experience in program management, sales, or commercial growth.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field. MBA is a plus.
Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and key account management practices.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrix organization.
Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.
Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Power BI, Excel).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
