Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical product management for multiple products or a strategic product with cross-divisional impact, driving design and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish standard methodologies that significantly enhance the client experience, ensuring business outcomes align with case drivers.
  • Coach technical product teams on standard methodologies and takeaways, leading all aspects of their support for messaging, communication, and customer outreach.
  • Promote strong business support by working with team members to ensure consistent decision-making and client propositions, encouraging connections across internal and external partners.
  • Plan, develop, and implement new technical products with cross-divisional impact, defining and analyzing technical markets, detailing product features and requirements, and crafting implementation plans.
  • Apply qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continuously improve the user experience.
  • Participate in and influence ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.
  • Drive the team’s engineering practices in development, continuous integration, and automated deployment.
  • Engage in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Consultative approach with strong business functional and technical skills, validated experience in building and delivering data & analytics products and insights.
  • Technical proficiency in Python, SQL, and Tableau (predictive analytics and dashboards).
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience with a combination of training and experience required; graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of eight years of related business experience, with three years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
