About the role: 

The Transformation Consulting Director Senior is responsible for overseeing large, complex projects focused on strategy and business process improvement.

About the team:  
This leadership role is on the Total Rewards team reporting to the Head of Total Rewards at FIS. The role will oversee the transformation agenda for the Total Rewards function and provide functional leadership for the broader People Office transformational initiative.

What you will be doing:

• Primarily responsible for managing the development of business process related solutions for clients

• Define client needs, determine strategy and develop plan/proposal for delivery of the project

• Generally leading to increased efficiency of internal client process or function

• Possess ability to effectively articulate business opportunity and/or utilization and develop positive performance against budget

• Selects, develops and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function

What you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. 

  • The ideal candidate will need to have 15+ years of experience along with breadth of experience across the HR practice.
  • Innovative mindset with demonstrated ability to lead transformational initiatives that are aligned to the People strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization and to problem-solve extemporaneously.
  • Excellent written and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and complete work within tight time limitations

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $180,500.00 - $303,250.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
