Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, your day involves overseeing the execution of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with established frameworks and collaborating closely with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and associated risks. You focus on maintaining high standards of service quality and cost efficiency to drive profitability and sustain ongoing success. Your role also includes fostering innovation and excellence in delivery to support sales efforts proactively, while coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression and achievement of business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and delivery standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and effective teamwork.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies related to Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Strong understanding of service quality management and cost control within technology project delivery.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and secure cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Skilled in risk management and mitigation techniques in complex technology projects.
- Competence in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive project success.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
