Primary responsibilities include: -

·       Develop plans, design, manage, and sequence the steps for data migration/Cutover from the old operational system to SAP S/4 HANA and its relevant systems with legacy integration project with project(s) in parallel. This shall ensure that the completeness, consistency, compatibility, and alignment for all data migration and cutover activities and data in scope. The data requirements shall align with in accordance with the objectives of the project and guiding principles.

·       Establish strategies for the new system implementation and transition period.

·       Develop the end-to-end approach, provide recommendations and perform data validation from extracting current data to SAP S/4 HANA and its relevant systems.

·       Coordinate, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders on various stages of data migration/Cutover.

·       Resolve various issues arising during the data migration/Cutover phase.

·       Compile the work that needs to be delivered within the scope of responsibility.

·       Execute the tasks in accordance with scope of work and client’s request.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum four (4) years of ERP experience as a Data Migration/ Cutover Lead, with experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation;

  • Minimum five (5) years with experience as a Data Migration/ Cutover Lead for full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation project;

  • Minimum three (3) successful SAP full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation as a Data Migration/ Cutover Lead, each implementation project with number of users more than five hundred (500) users;

  • Upstream industry experience is preferable
