Program Overview

  • 4 rotations 6 months each for 24 months

  • Possible rotations include Real Estate, Fixed Income, Public Equities, Private Equities and Credit, Wealth Sales

  • Formal support through your CFA journey, paid study time off, financial support for courses and exams

  • A community of New Graduates all working in different locations and across teams, all willing to learn and connect with each other

  • Opportunity for cross border and international rotations subject to approvals

How you’ll make an impact

  • Gain valuable and diverse experience with multiple asset classes and back, middle, and front office exposure

  • Work with a variety of Assignment Managers to maximize the opportunity to acquire technical knowledge

  • Develop an appreciation of the diversity of the asset origination and asset management businesses within the context of a large global financial services firm

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Graduating in 2025 from an accredited university with a background in Finance, Economics or Business Administration

  • Working knowledge of investment/financial markets

  • Familiarity with a variety of financial products and services  

  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting, financial or investment analysis techniques

  • Ability to be flexible, creative and show initiative while working in a challenging and fast paced environment

  • Strong written & oral communication skills

  • Solid computer experience using Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with a strong aptitude for learning new software packages

  • Familiarity with statistical analysis (quantitative & qualitative)

Salary & Benefits

The annual base salary for this role is listed below.

Salary range is expected to be between

$52,650.00 CAD - $87,750.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
