As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in iterative development cycles, applying modern frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of solutions are integral parts of your routine, enabling the development of high-quality, performance-driven applications that align with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
- Strong knowledge of application performance monitoring concepts and best practices.
- Experience in integrating monitoring tools with custom software solutions to optimize system performance.
- Ability to analyze complex system behaviors and provide actionable insights for performance tuning.
- Familiarity with agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving performance bottlenecks in distributed systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dynatrace APM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
