Manulife recherche un Télé-intervieweur Médical Bilingue Français qui travaillera et collaborera au sein d'une équipe pour garantir un service client de haute qualité à nos clients dans le secteur de l'assurance.

Il s'agit d'une opportunité de travail à domicile avec divers horaires de travail du lundi au vendredi, entre 9h et 20h selon votre fuseau horaire. Nous acceptons les candidatures provenant de toutes les provinces canadiennes.

Responsabilités liées au poste :

  • Le candidat retenu devra communiquer en anglais et en français afin de servir des clients de diverses provinces autres que le Québec.

  • Mener des entretiens téléphoniques avec des candidats à l'assurance (vie, maladies graves, et invalidité) de manière approfondie, précise, et avec empathie, pour faciliter le processus des tarificateurs.

  • Capacité à sonder avec tact. 

  • Excellente attention aux détails et capacité d'écoute active.

  • Excellentes compétences en orthographe/grammaire sont indispensables.

  • Flexibilité et capacité d'adaptation.

  • Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle, de manière professionnelle et courtoise.

  • Respecter la confidentialité des informations sensibles et privées.

  • Capacité à répondre aux préoccupations des clients de manière professionnelle et amicale.

Compétences requises :

  • Bilinguisme (anglais/français) est requis.

  • Des connaissances médicales, de la terminologie ou de l'expérience sont requis.

  • Excellent service à la clientèle.

  • Très motivé et capable de travailler de manière autonome et avec un minimum de supervision.

Manulife is looking for a Bilingual French Medical Tele-Interviewer who will work and collaborate within a team to ensure high quality customer service for our clients in the insurance industry is delivered.

This is a work from home opportunity with various shifts Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 8pm depending on your time zone. We are open to candidates located in any Canadian province.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conducts in-depth interviews encompassing lifestyle and medical questions, to facilitate the underwriting process for clients who have applied for individual insurance (i.e: Life Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance).

  • Utilizes excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to probe tactfully when eliciting personal and medical information.

  • Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and active listening skills.

  • Manages workload efficiently with the use of excellent organization and time-management skills.

  • Respects the confidentiality of sensitive and private information.

  • Addresses customers’ concerns in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

Required Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

  • Medical knowledge, terminology, or experience is required.

  • Experience working with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment while under time constraints.

  • Excellent spelling and grammar are a must.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience providing outstanding customer service.

  • Highly motivated and able to work independently or with minimal supervision.

Salary range is expected to be between

$39,525.00 CAD - $65,875.00 CAD
