About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and curious Marketing Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in multi-channel user acquisition, campaign execution, and foundational marketing analytics. You’ll work closely with our marketing managers to support campaigns, conduct research, analyze performance, and assist with day-to-day marketing operations. This internship is ideal for someone eager to learn the INs and OUTs of growth marketing in a real-world setting.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in executing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across channels such as social media, offline activations, performance marketing, CRM, and brand partnerships.

-Monitor channel performance and assist with weekly updates.

-Provide logistical and creative support for ongoing marketing campaigns and product launches.

-Help coordinate campaign assets, schedules, and promotional materials.

-Assist in creating weekly performance and summary reports.

-Help track KPIs such as leads, conversions and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).

-Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends and opportunities.

-Summarize findings and present insights to the marketing team.

-Assist with marketing meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-ups.

-Help maintain marketing calendars, content libraries, and asset inventories.

-Support other ad-hoc marketing projects and tasks as needed.
