Job description

1. Played diverse roles in managing partners, including marketing, sales, financial expertise, and more, serving as a catalyst for their business progress and transformation.
2. Acted as a partner advisor to drive not only sales but also overall growth.
3. Seized every opportunity to provide continuous training (both formal and informal) to partner sales staff on effective selling techniques for the company's products and solutions.
4. Possessed a comprehensive understanding of how partners achieve revenue and profitability through collaboration with the company.
5. Assisted partners in establishing personnel, organizational structure, business processes, assessment systems, etc., to expand their business opportunities.
6. Fostered ongoing investment from partners in channel marketing initiatives.
7. Managed daily business conduct of partners to ensure compliance with the company's sales, marketing, and channel policies.
8. Proactively anticipated potential risks faced by partners within the company's operations and collaborated with them to resolve issues while maintaining a clear sense of direction.
9. From the perspective of the company, CAM represents the partner entity while striving to maintain balance and alignment of interests between both parties.
10.Drive program landing

Qualifications:
Experience in Server and/or Storage sales not less than 5 years
Familiar with local partners in China North sales region
Strong partner management and communication skills
Strong planning and execution capabilities.
University graduate.
