We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our Fraud & Risk division, leading a team of analysts who protect our partners, customers, and business from fraud and unauthorized account access. This role plays a key part in safeguarding our eCommerce platform while driving team performance.

As a supervisor, you'll manage daily operations, collaborate with global peers, and represent the team in key forums across Expedia Group. Fraud prevention is fast-paced and always evolving, offering you the chance to solve complex problems in a dynamic environment. We are a 24/7 Operations team, so scheduling flexibility is required. As a leader, you’ll ensure your team is covered around the clock. If you're excited about making an impact with one of the world’s top consumer brands and thrive in a fast-paced setting, this is the job for you.

What you’ll do:

  • You will supervise the day-to-day operational performance of your team, ensuring metrics are achieved, goals are met, and critical issues are prioritized.

  • You will manage the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of new analysts, providing ongoing coaching and support to your team.

  • Help maintain standard reporting metrics and offer insights on non-standard reporting and metrics as needed.

  • Identify and assist in troubleshooting technical issues causing work stoppages, ensuring quick and effective resolution.

  • You may participate in cross-functional initiatives to develop solutions that mitigate impacts on our customers and supply partners.

  • Identify process and tool improvements within the Account and Supplier Risk space.

  • Collaborate across Operations, Data & Analysis, Technology, Product, Brands, and Program Management teams.

  • You will be responsible for executing operational excellence programs to drive performance improvements in prevention efforts.

Who you are:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience is desirable.

  • Experience working in a fraud, risk or security operations environment is a must.

  • Strong understanding of account security, payment fraud, and fraud prevention techniques, with a passion for protecting customer data.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and oversee daily operations simultaneously, effectively prioritizing workloads and thriving in complex environments.

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and organizational skills, enabling seamless interaction between technical and business groups.

  • Proven ability to think analytically and extract meaningful insights from data.

  • Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers and business partners.

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous and complex situations without predefined solutions.

  • Should be comfortable with rotational week offs.
