Responsible for leading digital strategy, connecting brand, content, channels, technology, and demand generation to drive business objectives.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strategic mindset and strong execution capabilities, combining deep digital marketing expertise with a hands-on approach. This role will play a key part in the company’s digital evolution, leading innovation, artificial intelligence, and the implementation of new solutions that enhance efficiency, personalization, and the impact of marketing initiatives across all brands—Pioneer, Brevant, Cordius, and Enlist—as well as future projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy and Demand Generation
•    Develop and implement digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
•    Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns focused on awareness, engagement, demand generation, and conversion.
•    Identify growth opportunities through optimization of customer journeys, channels, and digital experiences.
•    Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and the evolving digital landscape, connecting global best practices and initiatives to local market needs.

2. Content and Digital Channel Management
•    Lead the content strategy for websites, social media, email marketing campaigns, and other digital channels across.
•    Develop and coordinate editorial calendars aligned with company priorities.
•    Ensure brand consistency, message relevance, and content quality across all customer touchpoints.
•    Coordinate content creation, publication, and distribution in partnership with agencies, internal stakeholders, and global teams.
•    Adapt global campaigns, content, and initiatives to local market needs, ensuring relevance and alignment with brand strategies.

3. Performance, Analytics, and Optimization
•    Define, monitor, and analyze performance indicators for digital initiatives.
•    Transform data into actionable insights to continuously optimize campaigns and channels.
•    Develop executive reports and strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
•    Maximize marketing return on investment through ongoing analysis and optimization.
•    Share learnings, benchmarks, and results with local and global stakeholders, contributing to the continuous evolution of the organization’s digital strategies.

4. Agency, Partner, and Project Management
•    Manage platforms and partnerships with agencies and vendors, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, Salesforce, Showpad, Sprout Social, Meta Business Manager, and Google tools.
•    Develop clear briefs and oversee project execution, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and alignment with business objectives.
•    Manage timelines, budgets, investments, and priorities for assigned initiatives.
•    Collaborate closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.

5. Innovation, Artificial Intelligence, and Digital Marketing Transformation
•    Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of emerging technologies applied to marketing.
•    Explore Artificial Intelligence solutions for content creation, automation, personalization, data analysis, productivity enhancement, and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
•    Serve as an internal champion for digital innovation, staying current on market trends, tools, and best practices.
•    Partner with global teams to accelerate the adoption of new technologies, platforms, and digital capabilities across the organization.
•    Develop initiatives that advance the company’s digital transformation and improve customer experiences.

Qualifications and Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
•    Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management, content strategy, and performance marketing.
•    Advanced knowledge of digital media, analytics, SEO, marketing automation, and digital channel management.
•    Experience implementing and leveraging Artificial Intelligence solutions for marketing applications.
•    Experience managing agencies and external vendors.
•    Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable business results.
•    Fluent English (required), with the ability to work on global projects and collaborate effectively with international stakeholders.
•    Agribusiness industry experience is considered a strong advantage.
