The Opportunity:
As the SI Partner Marketing Manager, NA, you will play a key role in shaping and advancing our partner marketing programs. You will leverage your expertise in partner marketing to develop and execute strategies and campaigns with SI partners that effectively engage mid-market and enterprise-level customers and drive revenue growth.
 
 
Your Mission:
  • Collaborate with partners, partner managers, and the marketing team to create partner marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns with partners to drive awareness, pipeline, sales and product adoption
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders
  • Work closely with partner, sales, and field marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and maximize the impact of marketing campaigns
  • Develop customer success stories, case studies, and testimonials with partners to highlight the value of our solutions
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with partner marketing organizations
  • Utilize marketing tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance
What you need to succeed:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand marketing, with 1+ year experience in partner marketing
  • Strong track record of developing, executing, measuring, and optimizing partner marketing programs for success
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and demand generation strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate between strategy and execution. Goal-focused, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong multitasking abilities. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Experience using Salesforce and HubSpot
Nice to have:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience using Crossbeam
