Job Description Summary: The Analyst, Industrial Operations Technology will provision new Telemetry units that monitor our Bulk gas supply and feed data into our Integrated Bulk Operations  system for delivery planning purposes.  This position will also help to troubleshoot issues with these units  and coordinate communications with the appropriate teams to ensure a high level of system uptime and reliability.  We are looking for a solution-driven and customer-oriented individual with an understanding of Telemetry units, IP networks, and must be data driven.

  • Assist with the provisioning, de-provisioning and mapping of Telemetry units in our environment

  • Remotely troubleshoot and diagnose operational and technical issues, and communicate with  Operations and Engineering,

  • Regional Field Service Technicians and Distribution teams as needed.

  • Maintain high reliability of the Telemetry network for Bulk and Onsite Plants

  • Partner and build relationships with teams across the company.
    The collaborative nature of this role cannot be understated.

  • Support/cover for team members (above and below) through vacations or other periods of absence

  • Participate in cross-team training on specific topics, systems, and processes

  • Responsible for total compliance to all safety regulations and guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • Previous experience operating Windows operating system and Google G Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates Degree preferred

  • Previous telemetry experience a plus

  • Previous experience in networking and/or IT highly preferred
