Job Description​

The Opportunity:

Saint Luke's Hospital in Kansas City is seeking a Radiology Supervisor to join our dedicated imaging team. This multi-skilled leadership role is vital to maintaining the highest standards of care and operational excellence.

As the Radiology Supervisor, you will:

  • Ensure accountability and performance of your assigned department
  • Serve as an advocate for team development and growth
  • Maintain quality care and service while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Manage personnel functions including hiring, coaching, discipline, staffing, and performance evaluations
  • Support department leadership with day-to-day operations, decision-making, and budgeting
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and team members to provide a healing, patient-focused environment

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

Less than 1 year

American Registry of Rad. Tech. (ARRT) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologist, Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
