As Senior Director, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), you will be responsible for shaping and deploying the global RGM vision and operating model across markets. You will set the strategic agenda for pricing excellence, trade and promotion optimization, portfolio and channel management, and commercial analytics, while driving consistent capability building across all regions.
You will act as the global RGM thought leader and transformation catalyst, embedding advanced analytics, digital tools, and AI-driven insights into commercial decision-making. This role requires deep collaboration with regional commercial teams, business units, finance, commercial analytics and marketing, and to co-develop actionable RGM strategies that balance global consistency with local market agility.
Your impact will be measured by the acceleration of profitable revenue growth, enhanced margin delivery, and the successful institutionalization of RGM as a key business capability across Philips Personal Health. You will play a critical role in connecting RGM strategy with how Philips Personal Health delivers superior value propositions, commercial excellence, and profitable growth across all markets.
In addition, this role includes the leadership of value stream orchestration across all three Personal Health value streams — Retail, Consumer, and Professional. You will ensure strategic alignment and collaboration across these value streams to maximize how we deliver benefits to our customers and consumers. This includes overseeing how commercial, pricing, and channel strategies integrate with operational execution to create consistent, meaningful value across the end-to-end journey.
