We are looking for a Payroll Specialist who is highly motivated individual and can function in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment to be part of our APAC Payroll Team.
What you’ll be doing:
Coordinate with global and international Payroll and HR teams for taxation and payroll processing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies
Collaborate with accounting team to seamlessly integrate payroll and accounting data, providing accurate financial records
Supervising end-to-end payroll processing to ensure flawless execution
Perform month-end closing and analysis for payroll related accounts
Cashflow forecast for payroll related accounts
Assist with statutory audit, internal audit, and tax compliance, ensuring adherence to regulations
Take on ad-hoc assignments
What we need to see:
A bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting firms, at least 8 years in industry accounting/payroll functions and minimum 5 years of experience in management role across the APAC region
Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross functional teams
Excellent speaking and writing communication skills in English and Chinese
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintain accurate payroll and accounting data
In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, taxation and statutory compliance
Experience in handling payroll audits, inspections and compliance assessments.
Good organizational and time management skills to meet strict payroll deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

Extensive experience in individual taxation across APAC locations
