Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements. You will engage with various teams to ensure that the software configurations meet the necessary standards and specifications, contributing to the overall success of the project. Your role will require a keen understanding of the configuration management process, as well as the ability to adapt to changing requirements and collaborate effectively with team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: -Overall 8-10 years of experience as an individual contributor in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade applications using Java,springboot,Quarkus/MCP Server. - Expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate, with a focus on building scalable and efficient solutions. - Extensive experience with workflow automation tools like BPMN or similar technologies for business process management and case handling. - Proficient in Azure Cloud services for deploying, managing, and scaling cloud-based applications. - Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems. - Good understanding of React as a UI technology, with experience in integrating front-end solutions with back-end services. - Skilled in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and Agile development practices. - Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills. - Experience working on Oracle DBMS,Cosmos DB - Adept at troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. - Proven ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions as an individual contributor. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 8+ years of experience in Spring Boot. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
