As a Technology Strategist, a typical day involves evaluating the existing technology landscape within an organization to understand its alignment with business goals. This role requires identifying opportunities where emerging technologies can be integrated to enhance business transformation initiatives. The Technology Strategist collaborates with various stakeholders to develop a clear and persuasive vision for technology adoption that supports industry-specific and functional objectives. The position demands continuous engagement with evolving technology trends to ensure the business remains competitive and forward-thinking in its strategic approach.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of technology strategies that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure technology initiatives support overall organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate technology footprints and identify strategic opportunities.
- Ability to articulate complex technology concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience in driving technology adoption within business transformation projects.
- Capability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Skilled in developing technology roadmaps that align with industry trends and business needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
