Freese and Nichols is seeking a Senior BT Technician to join our Raleigh, NC office. In this role, you will provide service desk and desktop support while contributing as a key member of technology project teams.

  • Provide service desk and desktop support
  • Work on project teams to resolve complex service desk projects
  • Fill hardware and software requests
  • Check out requested hardware
  • Maintain computer related supplies
  • Perform system maintenance and administrative tasks
  • Provide support to the Systems Administrator, Developer and/or Database Administrator
  • Communicate with office personnel throughout the company to resolve Service Desk tickets and resolution of complex projects.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Computer Technology or equivalent higher education in Information Technology
  • High School Diploma
