Job Summary

The Sales Support Manager is responsible for coordinating all project activities for B.E. Smith National sales team. This role will drive Interim leadership and search solutions for clients, while also driving referrals and cross-selling initiatives to AMN’s service lines.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partners with the BE Smith National sales team to understand the critical support activities required for the Sales team to achieve short-term and long-term goals.
  • Develops and maintains project plans, schedules, communications, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of all Sales Support Activities (SSAs).
  • Makes recommendations for new procedures to continuously improve the Sales process and results.
  • Leads cross-functional project teams in implementing, maintaining, upgrading, enhancing, and developing customer-focused solutions to support BE Smith’s Interim and Executive Search offerings.
  • Leads collaboration with Sales Enablement, Corporate Marketing, IT and other AMN Departments to ensure the implementation of Sales Support initiatives, projects and campaigns and the reporting and functionality of these efforts.
  • Serves as a consultant for various project teams and facilitates project meetings.
  • Implements and maintains high standards of quality control.
  • Manages all Sales resources for the BE Smith National Sales team including branded materials, presentation templates, collateral, white papers, social media content, etc.
  • Develop proactive call, email and social media strategies with Sales, Marketing and other team members.
  • Support Sales team Members during the Discovery, Sales and Follow Up phases of the sales life cycle and support with resources that educate Clients about how AMN solutions align with their strategy.
  • Manage and deploy resources, materials and content that propose relevant staffing options that address how service offerings help handle employment costs, increase quality of care, and efficient staffing processes.
  • Consult with Sales Executives, internal stakeholders and client contacts on the full spectrum of relevant AMN services improving thought leadership, marketing materials, and sales strategy to introduce cross-selling opportunities to internal sales partners.

Qualifications

    Education & Years of Experience

    • High School Diploma/GED plus 2-5 years of work experience

    Additional Experience

    • Experience in business analysis
    • Experience in project management

    Work Environment / Physical Requirements

    • Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
    • Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.

      Pay Rate

      $72,000.00 - $89,500.00 Hourly

      Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

      This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.  Please ask your recruiter for more information.
