The Regional Program Manager is responsible for driving partner outreach, supporting skilling initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across the full engagement lifecycle. The role involves close collaboration with Partner Development stakeholders, facilitating structured communication, supporting discovery and engagement calls, and maintaining accurate tracking and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute structured partner outreach, including introductory communications and follow-ups
  • Maintain consistent engagement cadence across all stages (intro, discovery, follow-up)
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on partner progress
  • Conduct account research to identify skilling opportunities and support tailored plans
  • Manage the full engagement lifecycle from outreach to closure
  • Ensure tracker accuracy, reporting quality, and process compliance

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing engagement pipelines and structured follow-ups
  • Analytical mindset with strong research capabilities
  • High level of attention to detail and process adherence
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM or tracking tools
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-regional environments

Required

  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, partner engagement, or program coordination.
  • Advanced English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Experience working with global or enterprise partners
  • Experience in skilling programs or partner ecosystems is a plus
