Your 20 working hours will be filled with ...

• Facility management for our office in Budapest.

• Employee access to the office, visitor's management.

• First point of contact for the landlord and all suppliers.

• Organization of office supply, office material as well as some nice treats for our employees.

• Travel Management: organizing travels of the Digital Consultants to clients abroad.

• Post Management: administrating incoming and outgoing letters and packages.

• Support with onboarding of new employees.

• Fleet management reporting.

• Organization of team events.
