Job Description:
Essential Job Functions: • Support the execution of sales enablement initiatives in alignment with sales objectives. • Participate in the development and delivery of sales training programs, primarily focusing on content support. • Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs, prioritize areas for improvement, and support. • Contribute to the analysis of sales performance data to identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes. • Participate in specific aspects of sales enablement initiatives. • Assist in the selection and implementation of sales enablement technology solutions. • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of sales enablement programs. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience • Proven experience in sales and sales enablement • Proficiencies in sales strategy, training, and technology • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology Other Qualifications: • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus • Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP), is a plusRecruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services, such as false websites, or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company.
