Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and handle inbound telephone calls, emails and other communication channel from internal staffs

• Identify internal sales team needs, clarify information, and provide solutions and/or alternatives

• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

• Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English, Mandarin, and Cantonese language

• Complete relevant documentation as required

• Remain aware and knowledgeable of promotional programs mechanism

• Able to provide MGM related information as needed

• Overnight shift is required

Job Requirements:

• One year working experience in customer service field, has casino knowledge is a plus

• Must be able to speak good Mandarin and able to type and communicate in English. Other language is preferable

• Must be flexible, with the ability to work some evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays

• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude at all times. And being detail oriented
