As a Specialty Claims Associate, you’ll play a key role in processing Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) claims for our members. This entry-level position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and making a real impact through exceptional customer service.
Review and process FSA/HRA claims with accuracy and efficiency
Make decisions on claim approvals or denials
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence
Conduct claim reconsideration reviews and provide clear, empathetic communication

Required:
High School diploma or GED.
Experience in health/dental insurance or healthcare-related fields.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Comfortable handling phone calls and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to obtain a certification in medical terminology.
Preferred:
Experience with FSA/HRA claims.
Knowledge of FSA/HRA plans.
Associate’s degree in a relevant field.
Certification in medical terminology.
