PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but not limited to:)

  • Develop and deliver a consistent approach to the delivery of HR business partnering services.
  • Professional in visa and work permit process in Thailand.
  • Ensure that all related paperwork meets company standards.
  • Work collaboratively to develop and implement organizational development initiatives and interventions that support Company culture and staff motivation.
  • Assist in delivering learning programs to the business.
  • Provide advise and guidance to managers regarding workforce planning and appropriate staffing to meet business requirements.
  • Communicate and drive a occupational health and safety culture throughout the business by managing the injury management part of occupational health and safety for the applicable business unit.
  • Develop and plan appropriate strategies regarding workplace and employment agreements that best meet the need of the business.
  • Provide advice to managers on employment law and Company policy and procedures.
  • Keep abreast of emerging trend and issues relevant to the company and plan strategies to ensure smooth implementation of required changes.
  • Promote, communicate, and reinforce company values and expected behaviours.
  • Develop, implement and reinforce high levels of performance across the business through orientation, performance, planning and review.
  • Provide professional advice and support in disciplinary investigations, terminations and employee counselling.
  • Ensure that employee grievances and complaints are resolved effectively by the consulting team and that line management receive the appropriate advice and support to assist satisfactory and efficient grievance resolution.
  • Undertake generalist HR tasks as appropriate and required.
  • Attend meetings and become involved with business partners to understand and support effective people practices in the achievement of divisional goals.
  • Provide advice and mentoring to managers to assist in discipline and performance improvement of their staff.
  • Work with line managers to develop and model behaviours that support company culture and increase employee engagement.
  • Ensure that all reasonable directions given with regards to health and safety are followed, to not wilfully place at risk the health and safety of yourself or any person in the workplace and to not wilfully or recklessly interfere with or misuse anything provided for health and safety.
  • Display a Count On Me! Service to all internal and external parties.
