About the team:

We ensure everything from proper code promotion to environment stability. The Teller application runs in both a shared environment and multiple dedicated Large Financial Institution (LFI) environments where the clients and FIS cooperate to drive the product delivery.
At FIS, our role is to ensure these banks have the right solutions to compete with the larger regional and national banks while still providing the local decisioning and service that defines community banking.  Our team is seeking a strategic planning manager that enjoys establishing business strategy, meeting and discussing strategy with c-level clients, collaborating throughout FIS, and most of all focusing on our clients’ experience and satisfaction.

What you will be doing:

You will be involved in setting community banking core business go-to-market strategy, working with business leaders throughout FIS to execute on that strategy to drive growth, and working with clients to understand and ensure we are aligned to their needs. 

  • Business strategy and engagement on corporate initiatives including core product strategy, FIS and 3rd-party relationships, and overall go-to-market strategy.

  • Business development including growth by engagement with prospects, clients, sales, marketing, and professional services for new and existing clients.

  • Client Reference and Showcase client reference program liaison including working with clients, evangelizing the power of the core solution and its ancillaries, and coordinating the client enablement and understanding of the solution.

  • Partner with internal marketing, training, support, and client success teams to assist and align with reference client needs.

  • Internal and client executive escalations and resolution.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $117,620.00 - $197,580.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
