Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in the ongoing technical support and maintenance of both production and development systems and software products. Your typical day will involve providing assistance for configured services across various platforms, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly within defined models and processes. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, implementing technology solutions at the operating system level, and collaborating with team members to enhance system performance and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for enhancement to ensure optimal operation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Backup and Recovery Systems.
- Strong understanding of disaster recovery planning and execution.
- Experience with various backup solutions and technologies.
- Familiarity with server and network infrastructure.
- Ability to perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Backup and Recovery Systems.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
