1. Checks location of products in OMNI system.

2. Verifies receiving receipts from accounts payable.

3. Performs cycle counts on RF units.

4. Researches inventory discrepancies & resolves.

5. Researches customer service errors (pick errors, over ships, etc.)

6. Performs customer service counts (customer shipments).

7. Researches and corrects accounts payable discrepancies.

8. Maintains accurate inventory locations and moves inventory locations as

required. Conducts product rotation according to Company policies and

procedures.

9. Counts or verifies freight for accuracy and/or damage and infestation.

10.Performs work on pick and put away discrepancies report.

11.Researches unit of measure errors.

12.Checks, receives, breaks down, and separates incoming customer returns and

returns to inventory.

13.Assembles, packs and ships manufacturer and/or vendor returns; initiates

required debit memo.

14.Researches proof of delivery of shipment and previous freight bills (shipping) to

check errors.

15.Maintains clean, neat, and orderly work area.

16.Assists in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse.

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Performs labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking for shipment as needed.
2. Performs additional duties as directed.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & FORMAL TRAINING:
General knowledge of a variety of basic topics, such as math, reading, basic accounting, typing, etc. Equal to a high school diploma.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Over one year up to and including three years.
EQUIPMENT, TOOLS AND WORK AIDS:
Reach lift, order picker lift, computer, RF unit, copier, inventory reports, accounts payable invoices, purchase orders, catalogs, printer, manuals.
WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS:
1. Inside working conditions.
2. No environmental hazards indicated for this classification.
STRENGTH REQUIREMENT:
Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less
Field of Vision
Observing and area that can be seen up and in a given point. This factor is important when job performance requires seeing a large area while keeping the eyes fixed.
Stooping
Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires full use of the lower extremities and back muscles.

Bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knees

Bending the body downward and forward by bending leg and spine.
Reaching
Extending hands(s) and arm(s) in any direction
Handling
Seizing, holding, grasping, turning or otherwise working with hands. Fingers are involved only to the extent that they are in extension of the hand.
Talking
Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken work. Talking is important for those activities in which workers must impart oral information to clients or to the publics, and in those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.
