The Role & What You Will Be Doing 

Every day we take on the challenge of making a difference. As a Retail Specialist (m/f/d) in the Genève, Neuchâtel, Jura region, you are responsible for regional sales and profits for the assigned portfolio in the sales territory. This role requires a strategic approach to clinical sales, ensuring the company's products are effectively promoted and prescribed.

 

  • Achieving or exceeding sales targets for assigned products within the designated territory, developing and executing territory business plan
  • Identifying and prioritizing target accounts and customers based on market potential
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs), including doctors, pharmacists, and specialists (in the fields of rheumatology, dermatology, retail, hospital, and general practitioners)
  • Providing high-quality clinical sales presentations to HCPs
  • Identifying and engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs) to advocate for the company's products
  • Staying updated with clinical guidelines, medical literature, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
  • Preparing regular reports and presentations for management on territory progress and sales performance

 

 

About Your Skills & Experience 

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: 

 

  • Completed medical or paramedical education (Bachelor's in Biosciences)
  • Ideally certified as a pharmaceutical consultant (shqa), pharmaceutical specialist with federal certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a proven track record in a clinical selling environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Excellent French and very good English language skills (written and oral)
