You will oversee demand planning activities for your assigned product families in your business unit or area. You will also support the demand review process, championing the integrated business planning process and driving interactions with the cross-functional teams.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Manage a forecasting team responsible for the development of an unbiased and unconstrained forecast over a 24-month period with properly documented assumptions
- Partner with category finance to support appropriate linkage between the monthly integrated business planning (IBP) forecast and financial forecasts (key assumptions, risks, opportunities)
- Partner with modelling team to generate statistical forecasting
- Partner with commercial leadership to quantify and validate risks and opportunities and support the development of plans to close gaps between the forecast and target
- Partner with innovation and equity to validate the sizing of innovations, renovations and campaigns as they enter the 24-month forecast
- Partner with supply planning to ensure there is confidence in the demand plan and that key forecast decisions are made by the appropriate stakeholders and with the appropriate amount of lead time to ensure the successful execution and delivery of the plan
- Manage, coach and develop a team driving continuous capability building in the demand planning team for planning improvement

- Comprehensive supply chain, economic, financial or logistics experience and strong business acumen, ideally in a fast-moving consumer goods or consumer goods environment

- Strategic agility, able to drive for cross-functional results by proactively understanding and managing key issues and success criteria, and prioritizing accordingly

- Strong senior leadership influencing skills and organizational agility. Able to build effective teams
- Knowledge of leading practice demand planning and end-to-end supply chain concepts

The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the Global Planning Centre of Excellence (COE) for North America and Latin America. You will define the global planning strategy, governance, and operating model while driving the adoption and continuous evolution of advanced planning capabilities across the region. This role will establish best practices, enable continuous improvement, and foster a culture of planning excellence following the implementation of advanced planning technologies.
Key Accountabilities
- Define the global strategy, governance, and operating model for Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Establish planning processes, data standards, KPIs, segmentation, and decision-making frameworks.
- Lead the adoption and continuous improvement of advanced planning platforms following go-live.
- Partner with Supply Chain, IT, Data & Analytics, Finance, and Regional Planning teams to drive standardization and business value.
- Develop enablement, training, and change management strategies to maximize adoption and planning maturity.
- Lead governance forums, roadmap prioritization, and executive business reviews to ensure value realization.
Capabilities & Experience
- Proven experience building and leading Planning Centres of Excellence.
- Strong end-to-end Supply Chain Planning expertise, including Demand, Supply, and Integrated Business Planning.
- Hands-on experience implementing and sustaining advanced planning platforms such as Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, or similar.
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams and large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, servant leadership, and influencing skills across complex matrix organizations.
- Experience defining operating models, governance frameworks, adoption KPIs, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Familiarity with emerging planning capabilities, including AI/ML-driven planning, digital twins, and scenario planning.
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $174,100 to $287,265; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
