Summary:
We are looking for a senior SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) Consultant with 15+ years of experience in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects. This is a consulting role requiring strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to drive business transformation initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a functional lead for SAP PM/EAM in implementation and S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Conduct business workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution design discussions with client stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions aligned with best practices in SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM.
- Provide expertise in Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance, and Condition-Based Maintenance processes.
- Ensure alignment with industry best practices and standard SAP processes.
- Drive data migration activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation with business users.
- Knowledge of integration with MM, PP, FI/CO modules.
- Lead and support testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression testing) and coordinate defect resolution.
- Provide production support and guide clients during hyperacre phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, FI, CO) for end-to-end process integration.
- Prepare functional specifications, solution documentation, and user training materials.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with diverse teams and present solutions clearly.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of core maintenance and asset management business processes.
- Proven experience in client-facing consulting roles and workshop facilitation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in global delivery models (onshore/offshore).
- Exposure to SAP Fiori applications and experience in cutover planning , hypercare support.
- Project management skills to handle timelines, resources, and project deliverables effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
