Analyst (Tier 2) - Identity and Access Management
Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid)
Shift: [2:00 PM-10:00 PM CET, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM CDT] with flexibility.
Work Environment: Most work is performed Monday through Friday virtually using collaboration tools and video conferencing. Our team has occasional on-call support. You’ll be part of a high-performing, security-driven team that values innovation, delivery excellence, and continuous learning.
Job Summary
The Analyst (Tier 2) - Identity and Access Management is responsible for providing intermediate-level support for Identity & Access Management operations, focusing on access provisioning, compliance, and incident resolution. This role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in Microsoft Entra who is ready to expand technical depth while supporting enterprise-wide identity operations. As an IAM Analyst (Tier 2), you will handle day-to-day IAM operations, assist with troubleshooting, and contribute to the maintenance of Sysco’s global identity infrastructure. You will work closely with Analyst (Tier 3) and Engineers, supporting business units with access management needs and ensuring compliance with Sysco’s security standards. This role may occasionally require working outside regular shift hours to support critical incidents, escalations, or global coverage needs. This is an individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support - Manage access requests, user provisioning, and deprovisioning across Sysco’s identity platforms.
Provide Tier 2 support for MFA, password resets, and SSPR registration.
Compliance and Governance - Support periodic access reviews, audit evidence gathering, and compliance reporting.
Ensure access aligns with Sysco’s IAM policies and standards.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution - Investigate and resolve moderate identity-related issues.
Collaboration - Partner with business units and service desk teams to ensure smooth IAM operations.
Escalate complex problems to IAM Analyst III or Engineering.
Mentor and coach junior engineers to build operational readiness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Advanced degree or IAM-related certifications.
3–4 years of experience in IT security, service desk, or identity management.
Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, MFA, and SSPR.
Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
Clear communication skills to support global users and collaborate with peers.
Exposure to authentication protocols (SAML, OIDC).
Basic PowerShell scripting for IAM tasks.
Experience in enterprise environments.
Certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or Microsoft SC-900.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in enterprise-scale identity environments.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders across the enterprise.
Familiarity with endpoint management (Intune, WorkspaceOne).
