Job Description – FrontEnd Engineer

Industry: Financial Services and E-commerce

Work experience: 2+  years

Location: Bangalore

One of the largest insurance companies in Asia relies on (Field Sales) Agents to sell their insurance policies. The Agent is incentivised to onboard as many clients as possible in order to make their commissions. This leads to them cutting a few corners : while the ID details remain legitimate, agents tell their busy customers ( people like you) that they’ll fill out the form on their behalf and end up providing their contact details instead of that of the customer. This leads to:

Lack of contactability about renewals

Lack of clarity on policy details

Difficulty in making claims

Red flags during regulatory audits

With Bureau’s help, this insurer gets to conduct a persona-person match right at the onboarding stage to make sure such issues don’t occur. That’s just one of the several kinds of problems we help solve. Whether it’s Collusion, Fraud Rings, Promo Abuse, Chargeback, Account Takeover, or Sim Swap frauds - Bureau’s squad of Fraud Fighters is there to help Product and Growth teams across the globe.

If you read the above paragraphs and found it intriguing, please consider joining us on this journey where we help businesses and their customers feel safe and secure while transacting across the Internet. This is day zero and we have so much more to build and sell.
