As a Product Engineer, you will work with extensive team to support Medium Wheel Loader New Product Introduction (NPI) and Current Product Engineering Maintenance in CSCL and coordinate with worldwide team to meet customer requirements and maximize product quality.


Responsibilities 
• Releasing engineering changes to facility and work with downstream partners to ensure a defect free implementation
• Collaborating with all functional areas, to provide a design solution for product issues to meet the requirements of the customer and improve quality. 
• Participating and Leading NPI machine build and issue management to achieve greater efficiency, cost reduction and quality improvement. 
• Planning and improving engineering procedures and operations to make the product or process more reliable, efficient, and cost-effective (ie: Collaboration with suppliers, change validation)


Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited Engineering with 8 years working experience
• Fluent in English

Desired Qualifications:
•Master’s degree in an accredited Engineering with 5 years working experience

Engineering: Knowledge of product, design for manufacturability (DFM) guidelines, methodologies, and use cases; ability to use this knowledge to optimize product designs and manufacturing operations.
Level Working Knowledge: 
• Basic knowledge and work experience on one of areas: Structure/Hydraulic/Installations etc. 
• Standardize product designs, simplify operations, and reduce costs for certain types of manufacturing processes. 
• Assists in problem resolution, drafting and writing specifications for engineering practices. 
• Follows relevant standards, policies and practices in engineering operations.

This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
