We're currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our Team at our Saintfield Operation Centre, BT24 7JU.
As a Customer Service Advisor will be first point of contact to our customers in a busy, high volume and performance driven contact centre environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to all our customers first time, every time!
The salary for this position is £26,208 per annum.
What do we need from you:
Excellent customer service skills
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
A clear and professional phone manner
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT in general
Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
