The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Business Unit is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager ideally based in Boston, MA USA to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, excited about AI and ready to execute on multiple projects and deliverables at the same time. They will understand the AI market, the competition and customer pain points/problems and will use this information to help build a go-to-market strategy that is differentiated.
This individual will also engage with both existing customers and prospects through our executive briefing centers and events to drive awareness and adoption of our AI portfolio that includes Red Hat OpenShift AI and RHEL AI.
What You'll Do
Enable sales teams with messaging/materials to drive pipeline/revenue
Collaborate with PM/TMM teams to ensure alignment in GTM approach
Provide other marketing teams with differentiated content & messaging so that they can execute on GTM plans
Help customers onboard quickly and fully understand the capabilities of our products
Collaborate with corporate marketing teams to help support execution of demand generation, references, events, digital campaigns, etc.
Be accountable for the success of product/feature launches
Create messaging and customer-facing materials that drive engagement and help drive pipeline/revenue
Lead launches of new products and/or capabilities
Create event strategy and bring in needed support teams to help execute
Write/create differentiated messaging and content for both outbound and inbound audiences
What You'll Bring
Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Experience in driving complex projects to completion and on time
Passion and curiosity to learn more about the AI market
Experience with analyzing data to foster data-driven decisions
Experience leveraging excellent written and verbal communication skills to tell compelling stories and write simple, consumable messaging
Ability to synthesize technical information from a variety of stakeholders into a coherent story or message with clearly articulated business value
Understanding of different content needs for marketing funnel development as well as current martech practices to produce different kinds of content
Excellent consensus building/driving marketing influence, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Experience with social media marketing
Willingness to travel up to 25% for planning meetings, customer engagements, and conferences
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of the AI market landscape and its associated technologies is preferred
Pragmatic Marketing and/or Product Marketing Alliance certifications are a plus

The salary range for this position is $116,550.00 - $186,350.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.Pay Transparency
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
