We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our dynamic ANZ marketing team.You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, managing a team of marketers, and driving growth for Klook in the ANZ region.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 8 marketers, including aligning ANZ market OKRs with individual roles and responsibilities across channels and team members.
  • Develop and own marketing plans, defining the optimal marketing mix, driving growth through innovation, and managing the marketing budget.
  • Oversee the implementation and execution of integrated marketing and communications plans across multiple channels, including social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook), partnerships & affiliates, blogs & content,branding & PR, influencers, and Klook Kreators.
  • Collaborate with cross-regional business groups and functional areas to deliver high-impact projects for local and global campaigns.
  • Provide strategic direction and creative input to digital, social, and content teams to ensure their content aligns with Klook's overall messaging and marketing strategies.
  • Build and manage best-in-class, high-impact partnerships to expand Klook's presence and accelerate customer acquisition in the ANZ region.
  • Analyze, report on, and optimize the effectiveness of marketing channels to understand and improve key customer engagement and acquisition metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on key business metrics, progress, and issues to ensure alignment,maintain high visibility, and allow for timely stakeholder involvement.
  • Foster a strong team culture that emphasizes rapid experimentation, measurement, and optimization.
  • Ensure compliance of all marketing communications and materials, including media content, guidelines, templates,press releases, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the travel or tourism industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, including social media marketing, content marketing,SEO, and PPC.
  • Experience in managing and leading a marketing team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven and analytical with a strong ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Passionate about travel and the tourism industry.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
