IQVIA’s International Medical Affairs team is recruiting an experienced MSL Manager on behalf of a leading US-based biotech company focused on oncology.

About the Role
Reporting to the International Project Director, this hybrid position combines field-based responsibilities with leadership duties. You will:

• Act as an MSL covering Australia and South Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand).
• Lead and support an established team of three MSLs across APAC providing line management, operational oversight, and scientific guidance.
• Drive engagement on pipeline assets currently in clinical development.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative, fast-growing oncology company developing a diversified portfolio of cancer treatments across small molecules and biotherapeutics. Current Phase 3 trials include therapies for metastatic colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, and renal cell carcinomas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 3 MSLs.
• Conduct regular in person field visits with team members, including monthly travel to South Korea.
• Manage delivery of set KPIs, monitor performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Deliver scientific and medical support for oncology studies across Australia and South Asia including regular site visits.
• Host protocol training, therapeutic updates, and scientific discussions with site staff and investigators.
• Identify and resolve barriers to patient enrolment and protocol compliance.
• Collaborate with site management and IQVIA project teams to optimize site performance.
• Build strong, compliant relationships with HCPs and KOLs.
• Gather and share actionable field insights with central teams.
• Represent the program at local and international oncology conferences and advisory boards.
• Maintain up-to-date expertise on regional oncology trends and investigational assets.

Requirements

• Advanced scientific qualifications (PhD, PharmD, MD, or MSc preferred).
• Proven experience managing and leading an MSL team in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Previous experience as a pipeline MSL or within clinical trial operations.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively across APAC for site and coaching field visits(including monthly visits to South Korea).
• Deep knowledge of oncology, ideally in solid tumours or immunotherapy.
• Based in Australia with full work rights and a valid driving license.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
