At AtkinsRéalis, we value your unique skills, experiences, and ways of working, and we’re excited to see how you can help shape the future of nuclear construction and a cleaner, zero-carbon future.

Your role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work across a wide variety of opportunities, from technical leadership to project management, within a growing and dynamic team.
  • Lead or support project delivery, either managing AtkinsRéalis engineering projects or working as an embedded partner within client programmes.
  • Take ownership of delivery at a work package level, ensuring alignment with time, cost, quality, and performance expectations.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across the nuclear sector, leveraging established partnerships.
  • Contribute to a global portfolio of projects across the UK, Europe, and the Middle East, including both large civil nuclear and emerging nuclear technologies.
  • Support major programmes such as Hinkley Point C, Sizewell C, Small Modular Reactors, and Fusion initiatives.
  • Work flexibly across office locations (Bristol, Epsom and Manchester) and client sites, gaining exposure to diverse project environments.
  • Apply best practice project management approaches to review, measure, and align with internal and external standards and procedures.
  • Play a key role in shaping project delivery while growing your own experience and capabilities.
  • Contribute to bid and proposal activities where opportunities arise, supporting the development of compelling and client-focused submissions.
  • Bring an interest in bid management or business development, with opportunities to build your experience in securing and shaping future work
