Summary: Candidate should have a deep understanding of system architecture principles, be proficient in designing scalable and secure systems, and have experience in overseeing the integration of various technology components. The System Architect will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to ensure that system designs are effective, reliable, and optimized for performance SAP CPS – Configuration & Pricing Services. Roles & Responsibilities: -Design and develop system architectures that align with business requirements, technology strategies, and best practices. -Define and document system design specifications, including architecture diagrams, data models, and integration patterns. -Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, tools, and platforms that meet the needs of the organization and enhance system performance. -Ensure that system architectures are scalable, secure, and capable of supporting current and future business needs. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and project managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions. -Oversee the integration of disparate systems, applications, and technologies to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. -Develop and enforce system architecture standards and best practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. -Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential vulnerabilities and ensure system security. -Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to implementation and beyond. -Evaluate and improve existing systems and architectures, identifying opportunities for optimization and modernization. -Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovations that can benefit the organization. -Create and maintain detailed architecture documentation and system blueprints to support development, maintenance, and troubleshooting efforts. -Lead or participate in architecture reviews, ensuring that proposed solutions meet architectural standards and align with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - 5-10 years of experience in system architecture, with a proven track record of designing and implementing complex IT systems. - Strong understanding of system design principles, architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), and software development methodologies. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and knowledge of cloud architecture and services. - Proficiency in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions that integrate multiple technologies and platforms. - Knowledge of network architecture, security protocols, data management, and scalable system design. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. - Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with big data technologies and data analytics platforms. - Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API management. - Experience in leading architecture transformation projects and managing architectural change. - Support for ongoing learning and development, including access to relevant training and certifications.
