The Intmd Assoc Graphics Spec is a developing professional role which integrates in-depth specialty knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices; demonstrates good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams. Presentation Design is a group of specialists who provide services to internal investment banking clients Working in a busy 24/7 department that produces live deal, pitch book and custom design materials for high-profile investment banking transactions.

Responsibilities:

• ·       Produces a variety of marketing materials (e.g. pitch books, deal books, covers, templates, infographics, etc.) using MS Office and Adobe applications to an advanced level

  ·       Assists with the production of creative PPT pitch books and offers conceptual and visual solutions to enhance client materials

  ·       Image manipulation and retouching as needed

  ·       Ensures all materials produced are correctly branded as per Citi standards and advises clients on the use of the Citi brand

  ·       Liaises directly with workflow staff and clients to determine deadlines, job instructions and design requirements and improve engagement with clients

  ·       Completes related admin for accurate work billing and job tracking purposes

  ·       Responsible for quality control of own work, as well as assisting colleagues with QC tasks

  ·       Mentor new starters post-training

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Graphic design portfolio required

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
