Job summary:

The Business Analyst plays a key role in identifying risks, addressing performance gaps, and driving continuous improvement through collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. Leveraging a variety of tools and data sources, this role ensures alignment with organizational goals for efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate, analyze, and deliver detailed reports leveraging Cisco-validated data sources (Tier I & II) to stakeholders, providing clear insights that support business objectives and data-driven decision making.
  • Identify and assess issues and risks associated with the performance of involved parties-including vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams-to ensure high accuracy and quality in reverse logistics supply chain operations and to mitigate operational impacts.
  • Support to be addressed performance issues by developing and implementing action plans for improvement; support the VM to initiate focused sprints in collaboration with Cisco stakeholders and vendors to achieve measurable results.
  • Communicate clearly, effectively, and assertively with stakeholders and vendors to foster strong partnerships, drive improvements in vendor performance, and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Analyze vendor reports, including accuracy and on-time delivery metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Research and implement internal and external best practices to streamline end-to-end processes.


 

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present clear, concise, and effective reports and insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis tools).
  • Experience with database management and reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a consistent focus on accuracy and quality in analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Expertise in performance metrics, risk assessment, and action plan development.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
